Are you ready to take the next step in your career in crisis mental health while living on a beautiful island? We are inviting an experienced Band 7 Team Leader to lead our Mental Health and Learning Disability Liaison Service where collaborative, individualised care is at the heart of what we do.

The overall job purpose will be to provide clinical and managerial leadership with mentoring and educational input to the multidisciplinary team working across the Mental Health and Learning Disability Liaison Service. This includes acting as a clinical leader and expert practitioner liaising, guiding, and advising the multidisciplinary team in the provision of optimum patient experience with the Acute Hospital setting.

As a Band 7 Team Leader in the Mental Health and Learning Disability Liaison Service, you will be responsible for managing the team by providing mentoring, supervision, and education in relation to all managerial, professional and performance processes.
