A global risk management company is seeking a dedicated leader to manage their Key Customer team in the United Kingdom. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading a team, managing major client relationships, and driving continuous improvements in service quality. Ideal candidates will have several years of experience in management system certification, possess strong communication skills in German and English, and have a degree in a relevant field. We are looking for a dedicated leader to manage our Key Customer team and provide professional support to our major clients. You're the right person for the job if you bring solid experience in management system certification and working with international key accounts. Moreover, if you think strategically, strive for operational excellence, and enjoy developing a team, you are the perfect fit for us.
You will lead and develop a skilled team in Key Customer Management, ensuring that both internal and external clients receive outstanding service and top quality. At the same time, you will drive continuous improvements, prepare regular analyses, take on selected projects, and work closely with Sales. With clear communication, initiative, and decisiveness, you will solve complex issues together with your team and clients.
