Given our exciting and progressive growth plans, we are looking for an exceptional hands‑on Team Lead to join our global business.
Reporting directly to the Head of Engineering, and collaborating closely with the Product Manager and Staff Engineer, you will be accountable for the technical vision, strategy, planning and coordination of engineering projects at Fresha while proactively managing technical risks.
Team Lead is accountable for the team performance (e.g. ensuring processes are followed, estimates are reliable, communication is proactive, the code is well‑architected) and a line manager for their team members.
