• Ability to work in a team and delegate tasks.

Responsibilities

• Join a team offering residential care for young people.
• Support the Manager in operational aspects of the home.
• Provide a safe and supportive environment for residents.
• Maintain regular records relating to each young person.
• Assist in implementing and reviewing service policies.
• Conduct household duties and promote cleanliness.
• Participate in activities such as cycling and swimming.
• Administer medication as required.
• Comply with policies and respond to emergencies.
