Job description

As Team Host, you deliver excellent service and champion the guest experience across the lounge. You work as part of a team and are multiskilled at performing a variety of roles within the lounge. You are a brand ambassador for No.1 Lounges and engage with each guest to deliver a great experience every time.

The three main areas which you will focusing on when engaging with every guest are:

1. Bar - serving all drinks, as well as being consistent and compliant.
2. Floor - whilst clearing/resetting tables and maintaining your sections, you will be engaging with guests. Each section should be well‑presented all at times.
3. Food Service - you will be running food from the kitchen to guests and looking after any self‑serve food area.

You will be asked to work 5 days a week (can differ per week) a mix of early shifts starting at 5am and late shifts finishing at 8pm.
