Carr Gomm is seeking a Team Facilitator to join our social care service in Lochgilphead, supporting people across Mid-Argyll to live well in their own homes. You will work closely with the Service Manager, helping run the service day to day and stepping in with hands-on support.
You’ll mentor your colleagues, provide guidance, contribute to service planning and quality assurance, and help ensure the team delivers person-centred care in line with Scottish social care standards.

Team Facilitator - Lochgilphead
We're looking for a Team Facilitator to join our social care service in Lochgilphead, supporting people across Mid-Argyll to live well in their own homes.
Working closely with the Service Manager, you will help run the service day to day, from guiding and supporting your team to stepping in with hands‑on support, so that people across Mid-Argyll continue to live their best lives.
About Us
Carr Gomm is a leading social care and community development charity, supporting people across Argyll & Bute to live independently, safely, and well in their own homes. In Lochgilphead, our Care at Home and Responder teams work alongside one another to provide person‑centred support. Our Care at Home team supports people with everyday routines, including meal preparation, medication and personal care. Our Responders provide a 24‑hour emergency response to Telecare alarms, attending incidents such as falls and helping people stay safe at home.
Who We Are Looking For
As Team Facilitator, you will support the Service Manager in the day‑to‑day running of the service while also delivering hands‑on support alongside your colleagues. You'll play a key role in keeping the service running smoothly, providing guidance, mentoring, and practical support to your team, while contributing to service planning and quality assurance activities.
