Salary: £45,000 - £55,000

Our client is a highly respected Investment firm, who prides itself on low staff turnover and strong core values. They are looking for an exceptional Team EA/PA to support MDs and a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced division.

8am-5pm hours, 4 days in, 1 WFH day

Responsibilities
  • Extensive calendar management, managing diaries across a variety of time zones
  • Organising multi‑party meetings and conference calls globally, handling schedule conflicts
  • Preparing agendas and materials for meetings
  • Building and maintaining relationships with senior internal/external stakeholders
  • Extensive global travel arrangements
  • Preparing detailed itineraries
  • Processing expenses
Requirements
  • Ideally 3-5 years’ experience working as a Team EA within Asset/Fund Management/Investment Banking firmor a Hedge Fund ispreferred
  • Strong academic performance
  • Proactive and engaging
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Organised and proactive with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Flexible and adaptable – able to use initiative
  • Strong attention to detail with an enquiring mind
