Job description
Overview

Team Co-Ordinator (RP0151). Starting salary £30,756pa with progression to £34,011pa through annual increments subject to satisfactory service. 37 hours per week (hybrid working). Fixed term contract for 24 months.

Are you an experienced administrator with experience of providing high level administrative support to a team? If so, we’d love to hear from you. We are embarking on a large decarbonisation programme to improve the energy efficiency of our lowest performing properties to meet government targets around EPC C and net zero, and this role plays an important part in supporting this programme. In this role you will be providing a high quality, technical support service to the team. You will have management and strong leadership skills to motivate staff to deliver the highest quality service. You must have an eye for detail, have excellent customer service skills and be a confident and effective communicator.

Responsibilities
  • Collate and compile data from a range of sources, compile KPI data and analyse results.
  • Coordinate the completion of the statistical returns.
  • Deal with initial complaints from customers, carry out investigations and respond to customer queries.
  • Be adept at switching priorities and delivering work to defined deadlines.
  • Be an experienced administrator and have experience of analysing data and dealing with customers.
  • Maintain excellent working knowledge of MS Office applications and strong time management skills.
  • Communicate with ease with other staff and members of the public and provide advice in accurate spoken English.
Working arrangements

This role is hybrid, and you will be required to be in the office two days per week and as required for service provision, attend meetings, training, and events. You will need to attend the office more frequently during induction.
