Job summary

About the role

Are you an experienced administrator in search of a new challenge? Within Specialist Children's Community Services, we are looking to recruit a Team Coordinator to support the countywide children's neurodevelopmental assessment team.

You must be highly motivated and able to communicate and organise effectively.

The post holder will provide a consistent, efficient service to the children, young people, their families and team members in the context of a diverse and varying workload.

Main duties of the job
  • Co-ordinate the service provided by the clinical team on a daily basis to ensure that the commissioned service is delivered.
  • Ensure that all administrative processes including clinical administrative processes are delivered across the neurodevelopmental assessment team.
  • Assist in the development of the service, including audit tools, waiting list monitoring, process development and progression of new waiting list initiatives.
  • Line-manage the clinical Admin Team including completion of Supervision/Appraisals.
