What You'll Be Doing

As our Team Coordinator, you'll be the driving force behind smooth communication and collaboration across the Commercial Directorate. Your role is all about making sure our Commercial Directors can focus on what matters most by managing diaries, prioritising tasks, and keeping everything on track. You'll play a key part in creating a positive, connected team culture, championing engagement and ensuring deadlines are met without a hitch. If you thrive on organisation, love juggling multiple priorities, and have a knack for clear, confident communication, this is your chance to make a real impact.

  • Gatekeeping: Act as the first point of contact for senior leadership, filtering communications and prioritising urgent matters.
  • Calendar Optimisation: Proactively manage complex schedules, prioritise meetings based on strategic importance, and anticipate conflicts.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.
  • Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights/trains, accommodations, and transportation, and compile and submit expenses.
  • Coordinate purchase orders and invoicing.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate departmental events, workshops, and conferences and ensure their smooth execution.
  • Create and maintain distribution lists, organisational charts, team calendars etc.
  • Monitor task progress and provide support to ensure deadlines are met.
