Job summary

A leading communications agency in London is looking for a passionate individual to support celebrity and influencer communications. You will assist in various campaigns, manage event logistics, and collaborate with the Talent & Influence team. Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and possess proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. This role starts part-time with potential to transition to full-time. A keen interest in digital culture is essential, and a genuine enthusiasm for the entertainment industry is a must.

Qualifications

• A strong interest in celebrities, influencers and digital culture.
• Is super organised, detail-oriented and great at juggling priorities.
• Is very confident using Excel, PowerPoint and/or Canva.
• Loves events and fast-paced environments.
• Is punctual, proactive and enthusiastic, with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Talent & Influence team across campaigns, talent activity and events.
• Attending meetings, scheduling, taking detailed notes and following up on actions.
• Pulling together decks and presentations.
• Assisting with events, including guest list management and on-the-day support.

Skills
