Team Assistant - Finance

Location: London (West End)

Employment type: Permanent, Full‑time

Salary: £35K

Office Hours: 9am to 6pm – hybrid working

We are seeking an experienced Team Assistant to support the finance function of a private family office environment in Central London. This role will suit an agile and proactive professional, who is able to collaborate effectively while also having the self‑drive to work autonomously. The successful candidate will have sound knowledge of accounting and finance practices, with the ability to problem‑solve and multitask. You will work within a close‑knit team, with excellent benefits and flexibility.

What you’ll do

The key responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Processing and tracking all invoices, with direct follow‑up, where required
  • Monthly creditor statements and credit card reconcilations
  • Data analysis and making recommendations for reduced expenditure
  • Establishing, verifying and maintaining banking details for all entities
  • Liaising with external stakeholders, where needed
  • Ad‑hoc project support and other administrative duties
Who you are

  • Previous experience working within an Accounts or Finance Team
