Job description

A leading global finance firm is seeking a highly organised and proactive Team Assistant to provide extensive support to senior leaders and large teams on a contract basis.

This is a demanding role suited to a motivated and adaptable Assistant with proven experience managing competing priorities in high-pressure environments. You’ll coordinate complex diaries, arrange multi-leg international travel, handle a high volume of calls and emails, and work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

This role is 5 days in office

Experience/Skills Required:

  • Proven experience as a Team Assistant in a fast-paced corporate environment, ideally within financial services.

  • Track record of supporting at MD and Partner level, as well as large teams.

  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Strong communication skills and professional approach.

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and provide coverage when needed.

  • Flexibility with hours and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

Core Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (flexibility essential)
Pay: £23 per hour including holiday pay
