Team Assistant – Global Property Firm
📍 West End, London | 💼 Property/Surveyors | 💰 £33,000 – £38,000 | 🏠 Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days WFH

We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Team Assistant to join a prestigious global property company based in the heart of London’s West End. About the Role:

As a Team Assistant, you’ll work closely with a team of experienced professionals and fellow assistants to deliver exceptional administrative support. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the team, managing a varied and fast-paced workload with confidence and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive diary, travel, and meeting management, including booking accommodation and restaurants.
  • Format and manage reports, ensuring adherence to the quality assurance process.
  • Support new project setup:
    • Create project files
    • Convert quotes in the system
    • Raise proforma invoices
    • Prepare and issue enquiry documents
  • Maintain and update the CRM system, including fee forecasting and project updates.
  • Handle general administrative tasks to support the team’s operations.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven secretarial or team assistant experience, ideally within the property or professional services sector.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience using Sage and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A proactive, flexible approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to occasionally work outside standard hours when required.
