Talking Therapies Step 2 (PWP) Team Administrator

Reports to Step 2 (PWP) Team Manager

37.5 Hours per week

We are seeking an organised, enthusiastic and motivated Team Administrator to join our friendly and dedicated NHS Talking Therapies service. The service is delivered jointly by Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust and MIND Mental Health Charity.

You will play a key role in supporting the smooth and efficient running of the service, ensuring our clinicians and clients receive a high standard of administrative support.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the NHS Talking Therapies team including clinicians, supervisors and managers.
  • Ensure accurate data entry onto our clinical database.
  • Handle telephone and email enquiries with professionalism, sensitivity and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate clinical appointments, cancellations and waiting lists.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports and meeting minutes as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to information governance standards.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a responsive and efficient administrative service.
