An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our service as Administrator to our Stafford Mental Health Support Team at The Bridge in Stafford.
Your main duties will include answering phone calls, booking appointments, processing referrals, typing and distributing confidential clinic letters and reports, dealing with post, working closely with clinical staff and liaising with external Agencies as well as producing a range of information from a variety of data sources.
To apply, you will need to have a good level of education (including English and Maths) and RSA/NVQ level 3 typing qualification or equivalent experience. This post will involve regular VDU use, proficient use of various Microsoft office packages (i.e. word, excel, outlook, calendars) and audio typing equipment. Knowledge/use of the NHS Rio system is desirable, however, full training will be given as required.

There will also be an expectation to attend our team meetings which will be based at Anglesey House in Rugeley as & when required & on occasion to attend other quarterly face to face admin team meetings at Cross Street Clinic in Burton & Wilnecote Health Centre.
