Owen Reed is looking for a Team Administrator for a top law firm in London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive Team Administrator to join a highly regarded finance practice. The role is full-time in the office during probation, moving to a hybrid model (3 days office / 2 days home) thereafter. Ideal for someone looking to develop a long-term career within a professional services or legal environment.

The Role You will provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support to fee earners and wider teams, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.

Key Responsibilities Diary, meeting and travel coordination (including international travel)

Preparing, formatting and proofreading documents in line with house style

Supporting matter opening, filing, archiving and document management

Assisting with billing, expenses, WIP reports and time recording

Uploading documents to SharePoint and deal rooms

Supporting business development, CV updates and pitch materials

Providing general administrative and team support as required

Skills & Experience Previous office or administrative experience preferred

Strong Microsoft Office skills

Excellent communication and organisational skills
