A regional healthcare trust in Grantham is seeking a full-time administrator for their mental health team. The role requires managing referrals, data input, and supporting community staff. Ideal candidates will have relevant administrative experience and qualifications. The position offers a salary range of £24,937 to £26,598, along with flexible working options and various employee benefits.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time administrator to work 37.5 hours within the Grantham locality mental health team, this is a permanent position. The Team Administrator will support community-based staff, this is a Monday to Friday 9-5 service. This service helps support people with severe and enduring mental illness.
The postholder is responsible for the smooth and efficient running and management of processing referrals, data inputting, report writing, and dealing with the needs of patients. In addition to providing admin duties to all members of the Locality Mental Health Teams: telephone, channelling incoming calls, note taking, word processing, registering referrals, petty cash management, and ordering of stationery.
