About the Role:

We're looking for an organised and proactive Team Administrator to join a dynamic team in Paddington. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment. The role is temporary but ongoing and could lead to a long‑term position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team.
  • Manage data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets using Excel.
  • Assist with document preparation in Word and other MS Office applications.
  • Use CRM systems (experience is an advantage) to manage client and project information.
