  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel with precision and foresight.

  • Prepare correspondence, often under tight deadlines, partner with colleagues in several global locations.

Proven experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced corporate environment, demonstrating exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

  • Advanced proficiency with office technology and communication tools (such as Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel), enabling seamless coordination of schedules, meetings, and documents.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the business and represent executives professionally to internal and external stakeholders.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information and confidential matters.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach, with the flexibility to anticipate needs, adapt to changing priorities, and take initiative to ensure smooth business operations.
