Team Administrator

We have an incredible opportunity for a proactive and organised Team Administrator to join a leading global alternative investment firm. This role will give you exposure to a top-class EA function while working closely with a supportive and collaborative team. You’ll have the chance to develop your skills, receive mentorship, and contribute to meaningful investor reporting and presentations.

The role:

This Team Administrator will support the Senior EA who looks after a team of investment professionals. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Diary and meeting coordination
  • Arranging travel itineraries, managing logistics, and preparing meeting documents
  • Assisting executives with preparing and editing PowerPoint presentations and other documents
  • Supporting the preparation and formatting of marketing and investor materials, ensuring all information is accurate and consistent
  • Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience from work experience, internships, or similar, ideally within financial services. You will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong relationship management skills, and a positive, proactive attitude are essential. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn, grow, and step into a top-class EA role.
