JOB TITLE: TEACHING SUPPORT OFFICER (TECHNICIAN) - MOTOR VEHICLE

LOCATION: KING'S LYNN

HOURS: 37 PER WEEK

SALARY: £25176 - £25385 PER ANNUM

START DATE LATE JANUARY/ EARLY FEBRUARY 2026

CWA delivers a wide range of motor vehicle courses, from beginner to Level 2 at our King's Lynn campus. This role provides our learners with invaluable hands‑on support within the workshops to enable them to get the most out of their studies. In addition you will ensure that workshops are well‑maintained, equipped and assist with developing training materials to help learners at all levels.

The successful post holder will hold a minimum of a level 2 qualification in a related subject, have industry experience and hold level 2 maths and English qualifications (or be willing to obtain them within the first three years of employment).

We are a successful, community‑focused FE College based in the East of England. We have a thriving technology team and in recent years, the department has grown from strength to strength. We offer an incredible training package and a chance to work within tight‑knit and supportive teams.
