Job summary

Remarkable Group is seeking Teaching Support Assistants for Wargrave House School (ages 5-16). The role is term-time (190 days) plus 7 days, 5 days per week (37.5 hours), with a pro-rata salary of £23,468 - £24,528 per annum including SEN.

You will work within the classroom team under the guidance of the class teacher, supporting autistic learners and contributing to a safeguarding-focused, development‑oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the class teacher and support learners on their educational and life journeys.
  • Participate in staff development and training.
  • Support autistic learners with education and care within the classroom setting.

As a Teaching Support Assistant, you will play a vital role within the classroom team, working under the guidance of the class teacher. Alongside other support staff, you will help nurture and develop our learners, supporting them on their educational and life journeys.
