What skills and experience we're looking for

Mersey Primary Academy are looking to appoint a Teaching/Care Assistant to join our academy in September 2024 on a part time, temporary basis.

Your new role

As a Teaching / Care Assistant, you will provide one to one personal support for pupils with additional needs. You will provide special educational and/or medical support to ensure their successful engagement with and access to learning. You will need to maintain professional records and appropriate notes in relation to the individual pupil.

Here at Mersey Primary Academy we are on a journey of rapid improvement and were graded as a good school by Ofsted in June 2019. With 200 pupils aged between 3 and 11 housed in our academy, we serve the east of Hull, around the Holderness Road area.
