About this Role

Part-time Teaching Assistant

Pay scale: H3 (SCP 5 - 6) £25,583 - £25,989 paid pro‑rata for hours/weeks worked

Hours: 8:00am to 4:00pm, 3 days per week (21 hours and 25 minutes paid)

Weeks: Term time only (38 weeks) (0.4803007 FTE) Inset days as required

Actual salary: £12,385.83 - £12,582.39 (includes holiday entitlement)

Ridgeway Academy is part of the Ambition Education Trust (AET). The AET consists of ten schools in Hertfordshire – three primary, one nursery and infants', one junior and five secondary. The Trust launched in September 2024 following the amalgamation of the Alban Academies Trust and Atlas Multi Academy Trust.
