Job summary

Step Teachers is recruiting flexible Teaching Assistants to support pupils across Torpoint and the surrounding areas. These immediate opportunities are available for short-term and long-term placements in diverse school settings.

You will provide one-to-one and small group support, assist teachers with engaging activities, and help manage behaviour to foster an inclusive learning environment. Safeguarding checks and ongoing professional development are part of the role, with weekly PAYE pay.

Qualifications

Duties as Teaching Assistant:
