Compass Community Schools in the United Kingdom is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant for a 12 Month Fixed Term contract to support children with SEMH and SEND. The role involves working with pupils in both 1:1 and small group settings, assisting teachers and helping manage classroom resources in a nurturing, inclusive environment.
You will partake in trips, lunchtime support, and the creation of engaging displays while ensuring safe, supportive interactions.

Our children come from a wide range of backgrounds, but all have Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH). Many will also have other Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) such as Autism, ADHD, and communication difficulties.
