Job summary

Moore Teachers Ltd is seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to support a Year 3/4 class in a Hertfordshire primary school. You will work closely with the class teacher to assist learning across the curriculum and support individuals and small groups to help pupils reach their potential.

The role is long-term with a September start, in a welcoming school with a focus on a positive, inclusive learning environment. A DBS check is required; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a teaching assistant in a primary school.
• Confidence supporting Lower Key Stage 2 pupils.
• Positive, patient and enthusiastic approach to learning.
• Commitment to supporting the class and school throughout the placement.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support learning across the curriculum alongside the class teacher.
