DMAT & Oak Tree Primary School in Burgess Hill is looking for a passionate Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team and help children reach their full potential. You’ll work with teachers to support individuals and small groups, foster independence, and make learning enjoyable in a warm, caring school community.

This is a term-time only role, 28.75 hours per week, with a salary of £26,016 per year (pro rata £17,027.36). Closing date: 9am 20 Oct 26.

Responsibilities

• Support learning activities and classroom routines under the guidance of teachers.
• Assist with small group and 1:1 interventions to promote pupil progress.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school and help create a positive environment.
