Key Responsibilities

• Carry out general Teaching Assistant duties to support learning across the classroom
• Provide targeted support for pupils with additional needs in small groups or on a 1:1 basis
• Uphold high expectations and support the implementation of behavioural policies
• Work with SEND pupils who have EHCPs and IEPs, helping them access learning effectively

During your time with Tradewind, you will receive full support, including access to CPD training through the National College, as well as an exceptional level of service from our team.

Pay

Daily rate: £90-£95 per day, with the potential to be paid to scale.
