St Peter's Catholic Voluntary Academy Trust is seeking a Teaching Assistant (Primary) to work 20 hours per week, term time only, fixed term to 31.08.2030. Hours are to support a Year 3 student with receptive and expressive language delays to access the curriculum.

The successful candidate will join a caring, committed team and contribute to delivering outstanding teaching and learning in a successful all-through school near the Dorset Coast.

Qualifications

• Experience of supporting a child with language delays is desirable.
• Good observational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist Year 3 student with access to the curriculum.
• Support learning activities under supervision, ensuring safeguarding and welfare.

Teaching Assistant (Primary) – Fixed Term Contract to 31.8.2030, 20 hours per week, term time only - hours assigned to support a specific Year 3 student, who experiences a delay in their receptive and expressive language, to access the curriculum.
