We are looking for:
  • A qualified and enthusiastic team player to work under the direction of the SENDCo, assisting in managing a student with physical, sensory, cognitive, and mental health needs
  • An individual committed to delivering active, engaging, and motivating learning experiences
  • An individual capable of setting challenging targets for students of all backgrounds and abilities
  • Someone empathetic, with integrity, and a genuine passion for supporting young people facing adversities
  • A confident swimmer, preferably with lifeguard training or willing to undertake it
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with paraprofessionals, parents, and carers
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development
  • Competent ICT skills
  • Basic first aid skills (desirable)
