Pay: £100-£120 per day

Milk Education are working with a welcoming primary school in Merton who are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join their team from October. This is a classroom-based role supporting pupils with their learning and working closely with the class teacher throughout the school day.

The Role

• Support pupils during lessons and classroom activities.
• Work alongside the class teacher to support learning.
• Provide one-to-one and small-group support where required.
• Help prepare and organise classroom resources.
• Encourage positive behaviour and pupil engagement.
• Support pupils in developing confidence and independence.
