Job summary

Shenstone Lodge School in Oldbury seeks a friendly and resilient Teaching Assistant for a maternity cover. The role supports older students who can exhibit behaviours that challenge, requires calm under pressure and curriculum awareness, and sits within a small, supportive staff team. The post is full-time, Grade 6, 32.5 hours per week, year-round.

We are seeking to appoint friendly, approachable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our existing Team at The Brades Lodge School, Tividale, Oldbury B69 2HF. You will be calm under pressure, resilient, confident, curriculum aware and have experience of successfully managing and supporting older students who can exhibit behaviours that challenge.
