Job summary

Nexus Multi Academy Trust is recruiting two full-time Teaching Assistants Level 3 for Hilltop School, Forest View in Rawmarsh, Rotherham. The roles are term-time, permanent, with a salary reflecting NJC scales and an actual salary band for 31.25 hours weekly.

Successful candidates will support pupils with SEND, work in classrooms and one-to-one settings, and contribute to a supportive school culture and excellent learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with SEN is advantageous.
• Ability to respond to emotional, social and mental health needs of pupils.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work with colleagues, pupils and families.

Responsibilities

• Support whole class lessons and group work.
• Provide one-to-one support to pupils as needed.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene needs as required.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment.
