Kitts Green Academy is recruiting a role to support pupils and teachers across the school day. The position involves assisting individuals and groups, including school activities, external visits, and swimming pool related tasks, while contributing to pupils' health and wellbeing.

You will support learning activities, help maintain safe learning environments, assist with literacy and numeracy, and provide routine clerical tasks such as photocopying and collecting money, in line with school

• Support in organising effective learning environments and maintaining appropriate records

• Contribute to the management of pupil behaviour by
• Promoting school policies with regard to pupil behaviour
• Supporting the implementation of strategies to manage pupil behaviour
• Undertake routine marking in line with school policy
• Provide clerical/admin. support, e.g., photocopying, collecting money, administer coursework
