Howden C of E Infants School are looking for an individual who is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of children to join our friendly and dedicated team of Teaching Assistants who play a vital role in supporting and assisting the teaching, learning and care of children within our school.
The working hours are 20 per week, Monday to Friday during the school term. You will also be paid for an additional 8 hours per year, which enables you to attend the school training days. Your actual salary will be £12,082 per annum, and this is paid in 12 equal instalments over the year. This is a fixed term role until 31/07/2027.
The key responsibilities associated with this role involve facilitating the participation and learning of pupils either individually or in small groups, helping to build confidence and self-esteem, including but not limited to:
