Isle of Anglesey County Council in Holyhead seeks a registered education practitioner to support individuals and groups of pupils to access learning. You will work under teachers and school leaders to assist with classroom management, adapt support to diverse needs, participate in planning and delivering learning activities, and monitor pupil progress to promote inclusion and attainment.
Appointment is subject to enhanced DBS and EWC registration.

As a registered professional practitioner with the Education Workforce Council, work under the instruction and guidance of teachers and/or members of the school leadership team to support individuals and groups of pupils to enable access to learning. Assist the teacher in the management of pupils within the classroom and beyond.
