Job summary

Moorgate Primary School in Bolton is seeking a caring Teaching Assistant Level 2 to support learning, development and wellbeing of children aged 2-11 in a safe, nurturing environment.

You will need excellent communication skills (oral and written), resilience and good time management to work closely with colleagues and parents. This is a permanent, full-time role (term time plus 5 days) with 32.5 hours per week, starting ASAP; a DBS check will be completed before appointment.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 qualification or equivalent in Teaching Assistant or Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools.
• Experience of working with or caring for children within an educational setting.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
