Job summary

St Michael's CofE Primary Academy is seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join its SEND Hub, working 30 hours per week on a temporary basis for one year. The role focuses on supporting SEND pupils on a 1:1 or small group basis, contributing to an outstanding learning environment and Christian ethos.

The successful candidate will demonstrate passion for children's learning, caring nature, and the ability to implement restorative approaches to behaviour.

Responsibilities

• Work on a one-to-one basis or in small groups with SEND pupils in the Hub.

Job description

Due to an increase in SEND pupils in school and more pupils accessing an EHC Plan, we are looking to appoint a Level 3 TA for 30 hours per week with responsibility for working on a one-to-one basis or small group basis with SEND pupils in our Hub (Internal Resource Provision).
