Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience of working effectively in a school environment or directly with children and young people.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work flexibly to meet needs.
• Willingness to undertake training to support students, including care plans.

Responsibilities

• Promote learning and welfare by providing practical and learning support to students.
• Support SEND and EAL students, assisting with individual plans and progress monitoring.
• Assist with safeguarding, classroom routines, and examinations during visits or assessments.
