The Role

We are looking for a dynamic, compassionate, and forward-thinking Teaching Assistant to join our team. You’ll work closely with dedicated teachers, provide tailored support to students, and help maintain an inclusive and stimulating environment.

What We’re Looking For
  • A genuine passion for education and a belief in the potential of every child.
  • Experience working with children or young adults in an educational setting.
  • Flexibility and creativity in supporting diverse learning styles and needs.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Previous experience in SEN (Special Educational Needs) support is highly desirable.
  • You will need to have the right to work in the UK as we cannot offer sponsorship.
