Job summary

Aspire People in Birmingham (B45 area) is seeking a dedicated Full‑Time Teaching Assistant to support pupils in the classroom and contribute to a positive learning environment, starting ASAP. You will work closely with the class teacher, provide 1:1 and small‑group support, and help with daily routines and classroom preparation.

Previous school experience is desirable; enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one) and right to work in the UK are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children or in a school setting is desirable.
• Positive, proactive and adaptable attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
• Right to work in the UK.

Aspire People are currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in the B45 area on a full-time, long-term basis, starting as soon as possible.

The Role:

• Supporting pupils within the classroom environment
• Working closely with the class teacher to support learning and development
