Job summary

Burford School in the Cotswolds is inviting applications for a Teaching Assistant. The role is full time (30 hours per week), term-time only plus 2 INSET days, starting 1 December 2026 with flexible start times.

No prior experience is required as a full training programme is provided; you will support students with diverse needs across subjects and year groups and work closely with the SENDCO and Interventions team.

Qualifications

• Prior experience is advantageous but not required; a full training programme is provided.
• Requires a good rapport with children and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Flexible start/end times may be available.
