Job summary

Rigby Hall School in Bromsgrove is seeking SEN Teaching Assistants, Grade 3, to join a busy all-age special school team. The role is 33 hours 45 minutes per week across 3–5 days term time plus 5 TED days, with a starting date as soon as possible subject to pre-employment checks.

You will support pupils with complex needs under guidance, contribute to an inclusive learning environment, and collaborate with teaching staff to raise achievement in a supportive setting.

SEN Teaching Assistants, Grade 3

Rigby Hall School,

Start date: As soon as possible, subject to satisfactory pre-employment checks.

Contract types: Grade 3 - 33 hours 45 minutes per week (8.45am - 3.30pm 3 days per week, 8.45am - 4.30pm 1 day per week, 8.45am - 5.00pm 1 day per week), term time only plus 5 TED days.

Salary range: TA3, SCP 7-17: £23,086 - £26,910 per annum, includes Special Needs Allowance.
