Job summary

A local authority in Wales is seeking a Welsh speaking Teaching Assistant to support classroom teaching and childcare for pupils with additional needs. The position requires the successful candidate to be fluent in Welsh, have experience working with children, and demonstrate commitment to the safety and wellbeing of all students. Location: Mid Powys – a hidden gem offering safety, charm and natural beauty. The school is situated in a wide rural catchment area with two campuses and an active sixth form.

  • Possession of an Enhanced DBS Check – a requirement for all school staff.
