Job summary

Clare Lodge Secure Children's Home is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support the delivery of education for young people within our specialist setting. You will work with teachers and other professionals to promote engagement, positive behaviour, and a safe, inclusive learning environment.

Ideal candidates will have experience working with children or young people, hold GCSEs in English and Mathematics, and demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people in education, residential, or care settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to build professional relationships and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of education to pupils in lessons.
