A leading educational organization in England is seeking a passionate Fixed-Term Teaching Assistant to join Great Heath Academy. In this role, you'll support the learning and development of young people, work collaboratively with teaching staff, and contribute to a positive educational environment. Ideal candidates will possess strong interpersonal skills, experience in assisting students, and a commitment to making a difference. Contract Type: Fixed-Term ending 31 August 2026
Hours: 31 hours per week /39 weeks per year (Term time only)
Scale: NJC 2- 4
Actual Salary: £17,592 - £18,149 per annum /FTE:£24,412 - £25,184 per annum

The successful candidate will have experience of working with young people and understand child development and the ways in which children learn, and experience in assisting children on an individual basis, in small groups and whole class work.
