Key Responsibilities
- Support classroom teachers in delivering lessons and managing learning activities
- Work with individual or small groups of pupils to provide targeted support
- Assist with preparation of learning materials and classroom resources
- Support children with additional needs, including SEN, where applicable
- Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and productive classroom environment
- Communicate effectively with teachers, school staff, and pupils
Requirements
- Experience supporting children in schools, nurseries, or educational settings is preferred
- Enthusiasm, reliability, and a genuine passion for helping children learn
- Flexibility to work across different schools and year groups
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
