A charming, bright and child-centred primary school based in Calne is currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to promote and assist the delivery of classroom learning in Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2. This is a perfect prospect for aspiring teachers to start their career in education and to gain an understanding of the National Curriculum.

As a teaching assistant, you will co-operate with specialist and outstanding teachers to stimulate an engaging and effective learning environment that allows learners to thrive to reach their potentials. Previous working experience with children is favourable for this teaching assistant position but is not essential. Relevant experience could include mentoring, coaching, tutoring, assisting in a nursery, childcare, or similar experience in a classroom setting. Supporting children with ASD, behavioural issues and learning difficulties would be extremely beneficial for this role.
